Alison Davies is now our principal adviser.

She is a keen traveller and is a local school govenor. Alison enjoys skiing and cycling, and has taken on challenges including ‘Ride the Night London’ raising funds for national cancer charities. She has been president of the local Business and Professional Women’s (BPW) group.

Alison was a Manager at the Chester branch of Abbey National (now Santander) and has over 25 years experience in financial services joining the firm over 12 years ago.

As well as having his name above the door, John Davies is well known in the local community, being a Past President of Oswestry Rotary Club; Past Chairman of Oswestry Round Table. A rugby enthusiast, John is Past President and Treasurer of Oswestry Rugby Club. Although his rugby playing days are now behind him, John is never happier than when cheering his beloved Wales.

A retired Bank Manager with over 40 years in financial services, John has over 15 years as an Independent Financial Adviser.

Marc Davies is a fully qualified mortgage and equity release adviser.

An enthusiastic musician, Marc is an active member of the local music scene performing locally and beyond. He also enjoys mountain biking and regularly takes part in events including the local Dairy Pak Challenge.

As well advising on mortgages and equity release, Marc also provides Will writing and Lasting Powers of Attorney services. He continues to study towards becoming a fully qualified IFA, and has a background working in education as a lecturer and teacher.

Sheanne Markham is the office administrator and receptionist.

With a flair for all things ‘crochet’, Sheanne is at home creating masterpieces out of yarn; her skills are in high demand in the winter time! She can often be found out and about walking her dog Cody.

Before joining John Davies Investments she worked for several years as a manager in retail.
